Sample Database - 8.1.1.3

I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but looking around did not find any suitable community. I am trying to get hold of sample database with BIP reports activated to generate the OOB reports. For e.g. Account List View - aclist. The version of the sample database from edelivery.oracle.com is generating  an SBL-DAT-00222 error. Also a request to the moderators to create a Siebel - BIP community.
