RAC CLSR-0002 error

 I am seeing the above error in the IMON<db>.log. It seems to coincide with a CPU bottleneck that brings everything to a halt. The error is:
2010-10-14 12:00:30.314: [    RACG][20] [6386][20][ora.EPPRD.EPPRD4.inst]: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

2010-10-14 12:04:06.579: [    RACG][20] [6386][20][ora.EPPRD.EPPRD4.inst]: CLSR-0002: Oracle error encountered while executing ROLLBACK

2010-10-14 12:04:06.580: [    RACG][20] [6386][20][ora.EPPRD.EPPRD4.inst]: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

2010-10-14 12:04:07.597: [    RACG][19] [6386][19][ora.EPPRD.EPPRD4.inst]: CLSR-0002: Oracle error encountered while executing clsrcdbciopn: Er
ror selecting open stat.

has anyone seen this before and is there a fix?
