Alerts and Database control Message.

 Hi All,

I need to know from where oracle fetches/suggests messages on database control's Home page in Alerts section. I could see on my sample training database I have tablespace full alert and I could see entries in the ALERT_QT table but I could not find the detail error message that is displayed on em db control page.

For example I can see following:

Severity: X <br>

Category: Tablespace Full <br>

Name: Tablespace Free Space (MB) <br>

Message: Tablespace [USERS] only has [1 megabytes ] free space <br>

Alert Triggered: Oct 14, 2010 2:13:15 PM <br>

Nothing meaningful is presented in ALERT_QT table.
