Renaming windows host and the impact to the database

Hi

We are upgrading a 9.0.1.4 database on Windows Server 2003 to 10.2.0.4 on Windows Server 2008 via export/import.  We have the new server currently in-house, so I'd like to get most of the set-up work done ahead of time and then just refresh the data on cutover day.  The thing is, on go-live day we will be shutting-down the old production server and renaming the new server to the name of the current production server.  My question is, if I precreate the production database on the new server now (under the current hostname), but we rename that server on go-live day to

Howdy, Stranger!
