moving JDE test environment from one partition to another

We have JDE (GL module only) installed in system name SG (which is LPAR 14) on IBM box with serial number 100F3CC. We are moving the test environment to system name AI (LPAR 11) of the same AS400 box. We brought over all the JDE libraries required from SG to AI. I changed the QJDF system name into AI. I don't think we need to generate a new SPC key cause it's the same serial number. But when we login a msg shows "Software Protection Environment error". How do we solve this?
