Reversal of Open Encumbrances created during Previous years.

We have previous years open encumbrances on Commitment and Obligation We would like to cancel open encumbrances. We tried the Mass Cancel functionality. This however, cancels the Blanket  purchase Agreements. We donot want to cancel the BPA.  Is there a way of cancelling all the Blanket Releases having particular charge account.
