Does CM store Bank Balances?

Thanks in advance for your time. I am trying to figure out whether Oracle Cash Management store the bank balance? I am not talking about balance uploaded in the bank statement. I mean balance as per our books.
Here is our situation:
We have 5 bank accounts. Is it possible to setup one GL account representing all five banks? This way, if someone wants to see how much balance is in account 1, he can get this detail in Cash management. In other words,the total of all 5 banks in Cash Management should be equal to the balance in this single Account combination in GL..
