Funds Capture - Credit Card

 Did not see a separate forum for Oracle Payments, since my query relates to Receipts, request Receivables user community feedback.

Is there any recurring funds capture functionality where customer authorizes the suppliers to automatically submit on a recurring basis the credit card for authorization and settlement..  Any feedback from the members community will be greatly appreciated.
