Looking for a cheaper solution

I need buy new TSM licenses (TSM Extended Edition and TSM for Database) to new computers and virtual machines that I have installed on network. All computers are in the same room.

The TSM licenses prices are VERY expensive and I am looking for a cheaper solution to do backup/recovery from OS files and 10gR2 Oracle Databases.

I use Oracle RAC and Oracle ASM.

The OS is RHEL.

In general, I have 15TB to do backup. The tape library is TS3500.

Could somebody give me a suggestion, please?
