Basic question about Oracle EBS Inventory Item Master and Agile PLM

in Agile (MOSC) Question
All,

I have a basic question about attribute control in the Oracle EBS Inventory Item Master. Within the Oracle EBS Inventory Item Master a specific attribute can be controlled (set and.or updated) at the Item Master Organization only (the parent org) or at any of the individual inventory organizations (the child orgs).
Does AGILE PLM use a similar concept?
More specifically if we implement AGILE PLM and then interface from AGILE to the Oracle EBS Inventory Item Master how is attribute control interfaced?
