Global Capital Projects

 We have a following scenario:

Ledger A has LE LE1, LE2, LE3, LE4. Ledger has 2 OUs OU1 and OU2. FA book is created for a specific Ledger

Legder B has 1 LE-LE5. Ledger B has 1 OU - OU3. FA book is created for a specific ledger.

A specific department in the organization creates a global project in the legacy system and plans and books the actual cost against various legal Entity.

But when moved to Oracle we are facing an issue with creating 3 projects as seen above. One each in all the OUs. Also we are not able to plan at a specific Legal Entity level.
