Cannot update the AUDIT_TRAIL record. [AUDIT_OBJECT_TYPE_GID] must reference a valid AUDIT_OBJECT_TY

 I have enabled audit for the Order Release Line - Modified event. When I look in my Exception logs I see an error when trying to insert into the Audit Trail using the audit Object type of ORDER_RELEASE_LINE. I am on 5.5cu04.

I saw issue 1148769.1 but that references a type of Order Movement.

Interestingly enough by Audit Object Tables on both my QA and Prod server are empty. Should these have data? I checked using CSV Export and SQL Backdoor logged in as both user and DBA.ADMIN.

Audit trail for Invoice, Shipment, Order Release and Voucher works fine, just this Order Release Line one is generating an insert error.
