Leading space in Period Name causing major issues

Good-day all,

When the calendar was setup in General Ledger, one period name was incorrectly inserted with a leading space before the name. (i.e. " H SEP 11, 2010" instead of "H SEP 11, 2010").

When we run the following requests and select the period name, the request parameter screen trims the leading space, and then gives an error that the period doesn't exists (which it doesn't without the leading space):

Program - Publish FSG Report
Trial Balance
General Ledger Journal and Balance Reports

It now too late to change the period name since we already opened this period and inserted journals against it.
