Freight and Charges - Requirement

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create Freight and Charges on Sales Order as the following requirement?

1. Charges on SO line level (for showing Price + Charges as Unit Price in Commercial Invoices)

2. Charges on SO Header level (for separating Charges from Unit Price in Commercial Invoices)

3. Interface to AR Invoice with account for Charges separate from Revenue (as from Unit Price)

Please share your experiences on these Business cases
