Patches not showing up or appearing in Weblogic Oracle Smart Update

 Trying to install Grid Control for Sun Solaris 64bit and one of the prerequisites is to download patch ID WDJ7 on Oracle WebLogic Server using the Oracle Smart Update.  I am using Exceed Hummingbird Connectivity 2008.  My Java version is the correct one jdk1.6.0_18 64 bit.  I export my DISPLAY parameter and the Oracle Smart Update GUI appears.  I am behind a firewall so I put my proxy IP to allow internet.  I am prompted to enter my login and password for Oracle Support -- I enter this information and it appears to be successful.  Next, when I log into the Oracle Smart Update the software tries to refresh or check for available patches to download but nothing ever appears under the Get Patches
