13: Program - Create Journals: what it does?

The Program - Create Journals (also called Sweeper program) creates journal batches from transactions placed into the GL_BC_PACKETS table by an approved feeder system (subledger) that have passed the Funds Checking, and generates an Execution Report with information on created journals.

This program also deletes transactions in the GL_BC_PACKETS table in the following situations:

STATUS_CODE = 'R': Rejected summary and detail account rows older than the user-specified Minimum Save Time.
STATUS_CODE = 'S': successful Funds Check Complete rows older than the user-specified Minimum Save Time.
