Unbalance Jounal Entry

After upgrade from 11.5.10 CU1 to CU2, the depreication runs fine, but when journal import to GL, the following error occurred: EU02    This journal entry is unbalanced and suspense posting is not allowed in this set of books. Look at SR, there is a suggestion that patch to make FAPOST Spawned executable obsolete, and change FAPOST to PL/SQL program.

Has anybody done that? Any suggestions are welcome.  Thanks!
