Is there a way to have the default tax rate set at a legal entiry instead of tax regime?

Greetings,

A question from our AP users group.  After reading Metalink doc 1133994.1, I think that VAT is probably a regime with a jurisdiction that exists at country level - so in the case where we have a couple of legal entities in the same country, I am not sure how we can use jurisdiction. I am guessing Oracle has other customers who have multiple legal entities in the same country, where VAT is applicable, in such cases how do these customers setup EBT to have different default VAT rates by legal entity instead of regime?

Can anyone answer this question.
