Smartview installation

We are trying to install the Smart View add in via Workspace and keep getting the following error:

"Error applying transforms.  Verify that the specified transform paths are valid."

The installation will abort right after the error screen.

We are using HFM 11.1.1.2 and the user has Windows XP with Office 2007.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
