How to delete MOS account ?

Hello,
I am unix admin. I have my account on SUN's SunSolve (lets call it 'user1'). A few years ago I asked our head of DBA if he could create account on MOS.
He did it and named it 'user1'. Now there is a migration from SunSolve to MOS. I asked our DBA if he could remove my MOS account  so I could
easyli migrate my SunSolve account. But he doesn't know how to do it. Can you help me how he can remove my 'user1' account from MOS ?
