runinstaller doesn't work on SLES 11 with Oracle 11.2

Hello,

when I execute ./runInstaller on my SLES 11 (on VMWare) with Oracle 11.2 I became following:
./runInstaller
Starting Oracle Universal Installer...

Checking Temp space: must be greater than 80 MB.   Actual 919 MB    Passed
Checking swap space: must be greater than 150 MB.   Actual 502 MB    Passed
Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors.    Actual 16777216    Passed
Preparing to launch Oracle Universal Installer from /tmp/OraInstall2010-10-21_09-51-45AM. Please wait ...oracle@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and nothing happens... no errors, no warnings, nothing else. The Oracle Installation Windows never appears!

When I start xclock the Clock starts, so my Xterm is fine.
