Credit Check Apply/Remove Holds by Individual Order Line

I had a thread on this in the Cost Management community (by mistake). I'm posting here because I want to understand if other customers are interested in the same enhancement as my customers.

We are currently working with Oracle Support to confirm the enhanced credit check feature that allows checking credit exposure at pick release and applying holds only to the individual order line being picked (as opposed to putting all of the lines on that order on hold). Currently our testing hasn't been successful in confirming the feature behaves as described. Assuming we eventually get this to work I have the following question.
