Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. decreasing inventory using agent events

I have an agent set up to use the UPDATE SKU Quantity on Shipment Event Completed.

It updates the SKU count on the delivery location but I can not get it to decrement on the source location.

I read online help and checked support How does OTM decrease the count at the source location?
