revenues or cash flow work around
i'm trying to track revenues earned based on work performed versus costs estimated. and i don't see how to do that in p6. does any one have a work around that is able to spread costs over an activity duration that isn't the resource or budgeted costs? (i'm using those for my estimated costs)
example -
100lf of sidewalk @ $20/lf = $2000 in revenue
100lf of sidewalk will cost $10/lf of material, labor etc over 20 days.
how do i get a report to list
revenues=$500/wk (5-day work weeks)
Cost = $250/wk
