Using Blanket Purchase Orders with ASCP

We are trying to use Blanket Purchase Orders, but when we release a Purchase Req. from ASCP and go to Auto Create it does not get applied toward the Blanket Purchase Order that has been created. We have the Sourcing Rules and ASL configured and when we manual generate a Purchase Req within EBS, it does get applied toward the Blanket when we do Auto Create.

Is there an profile option or setting with ASCP we need to configure?
