What is Patch Wizard?
Patch Wizard is a utility that comes installed as part of E-Business 11i and R12.x. It can be accessed via the Oracle Applications Manager menu. It provides a one-stop for administrators to perform patching related tasks, such as the following:

  • Get a list of Oracle recommended patches for EBS

  • Perform an impact analysis on patches based on your current installation     

  • Download and merge patches

  • Determine if your instance meets the minimum baseline patch requirements for extended support on Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10.
