Internal Sales Order Cycle In Order Management

 Hi

I have two organizations in 12.1.1 instance

S1
S2

Trying to make a replication as per Internal Sales Order Cycle In Order Management [ID 744481.1]
S1 is buying from S2
Both org are part of same operating unit.
But I am stuck in step5 internal customer set up

I have following issues

1)Internal organization field in the ship to details do not show my org
2)In the inventory definition,customer/supplier assocation has anything to do with internal sales order setup?
