Transact Move Order Error

 I am in need of solution for my present project, i am getting error note as following while doing Transact move order.it is lot controlled item with enough on hand qty.
Error note.
The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggerstions for line # of move order number #

Can any one provide solution? Step by Step!
