User not reciving notification from Recipts workflow(PORCPT)

 Hi,

The system sends a notification to buyers if the receiving does not happen by NEED BY DATE to remind them.(Using Item type PORCPT).

All of a sudden users corrosponding to 1 operating unit are not getting any such notification.

How can i get the item key corrosponding to PORCPT item type and what might be other reasons for this behaviour?
