[10.2.0.4 on W2K3] How to identify the web users behind sessions

Hi, An application is accessed from the web.
That application is connected to an Oracle server.
When I look at v$session, I'm unable to see the identity of people connected (osuser,machine are the same).
How could I find that identity?
