Pricing and availability issue

 Hi,

First time,I am using prcing and availability form

1.Open the form
2.Enter item name,Item identifier defaulted as"internal Item number"
3.(B) Price and availability

Got the following message

"ONT_INLINE_CUSTOMER (TEXT=the requested item or one of its components is not collected)"

<OK>

Unit Selling price are dizplayed

Go to item tab

Got the following message

"No sources are available.Please check the sourcing rules are defined and assigned properly in the assignment set.An org level assignment should contain the correct
customer and site."

1)If I enter warehouse,first error message is not displayed,is it intended?
