NA PAY Webcast: How do i know is lacalizations are impacted by a patch?

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question
I have installed multiple localizations. Is there a way to know when all localizations are published for a patch, IE YEP 1. or is there a way to determine if localization is impacted.
