Autoinvoice - Invoices to be grouped by shipment

Hi,

I am looking for a way to group invoice on shipment. 

So, to give an example - If I have a Sales Order with 10 lines. If all have been shipped together, I want autoinvoice to group these lines based on the shipments and invoices in AR should be created seperately for each shipment.

How can I achieve this ?  Also is it possible to achieve this for specific customers. I don't want this impacted globally.
