DBMS Jobs Not Imported with Data Pump

Oracle 10g Enterprise Release 10.2.0.4.0

I performed a data pump import by schema and all the schema objects imported but, the DBMS jobs that was created by that schema failed to import.  Could anyone please explain to me why?  How can I export/import DBMS jobs created by a user?
