Bills Payables with Recourse

Hello Team,

I am looking for Bills Payables with Recourse feature.

For instance,

Company = A

Company's Vendor = B

Company's Bank = C

Vendor's Bank = D

A promisory note issued by A to B. Based on Promisory note, C pays to B on discount. On maturity, A pays to C. 

Can this be acheived either through Bills Payables or Bills Receivables workbench? Please advice.
