Create external link using SSWA

   I have the following requirement. since im not familiar with Oracle, lost on how to get this accomplished

1. Create a link within Oracle ebusiness suite(HRMS) to access an external application, "Performance Appraisal" (external application is currently hosted on a seperate web server)

2. When the user clicks on the link, the external application should launch with employee's details

3. So I would need to pass employee id as part of the link to the external application.

After researching, I found that i have to use SSWA, but could not proceed further without the complete steps of how to do it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
