Copy flat file created in AS400 IFS export Folder to Windows Server

 We created a TC to create a CSV File in the export folder with the name CLM.TXT, we now wanted to copy the file from IFS in AS400 to Windows Server with the name CLMNew.txt. This must be run everyday using schedule report and file must be overriden everyday in File Server. WE are running JD Edwards ERP8.0 Service pack 24.

Any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.
