*EnterpriseOne Update* Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series® 2.9.8

 Vertex 2.9.8 is certified by Oracle.  New functionality has been incorporated to support the Chicago Employers' Expense Tax (Chicago Head Tax).  Please note the EnterpriseOne SARs to implement the Chicago tax are not yet complete.  Vertex 2.9.8 can be applied and will function accurately without the SARs (Chicago tax will not calculate).
