How can I trace the presentation of a san disk to the mounted file.

 I have a SUN T2000 with two qlogic fiber channel cards connected through brokade switches to a HP EVA 80000 San.  We are running veritas Volume management and file system software on Solaris 10.  How can I identify the mounted file system and trace it back to the SAN presentation?
