USPAY: Tax Cut Impact on EOY payroll processing

What's the potential impact to End of Year payroll processing as far as tax cuts being extended or not being extended.

We depend heavily on Oracle and of course have no control over when the patches are released. So my question is with the holidays coming up - will Oracle payroll customers be insulated from last minute scramble to get any updates/patches into the system?
