USPAY: Unacceptable Tax Balance Report

Hi Folks:
Our functional people are testing and running into a message below that has me wondering if this report was updated to be "aware" of the Hire Act 2010.Unacceptable Tax Balance Report testing for year end after apply end of year phase 1 patch for 2010  report has message of 'YTD SS EE Withheld does not = YTD SS ER Liability’ for persons hired after March of this year.
