How to describe a Procedure/Function from a package

 Hi ,
Is it possible to just describe a Particular Procedure/function from a package.

For example    desc dbms_rowid give information about all the Functions and Procedure

I just want to desc a particular Procedure say ROWID_TO_EXTENDED from dbms_rowid  .
