Confussion on Windows 7 and IE8 upgrade patches for Hyperion

Was checking to verify if the patches have been released for Hyperion 9.3.1 products to allow compatibility with Windows 7 and IE8.  I see mention in various discussions of release 9.3.3.  Is this the actual patch upgrade for Win 7 and IE8 compatibility?  Do all of the Hyperion products need this upgrade (Essbases, EAS, Shared Services, Planning, BI+, etc)?  We use all of these products.  Is 9.3.3. a simple patch install or a complete upgrade? 

If 9.3.3 is the latest version for the 9.3.x series, why isn't if offered on the eDelivery download site?  eDelivery still has only the 9.3.1 version.
