Accounts and related Accounts

 Hi,

I want to create a roll up- report for account and its related sub-accounts and related contacts . but whenever i tried to create using account and related account subject area and when i add few fields like account name, related acount name ,related contact name the report is not working.

I have few accounts with sub accounts associated in the system.but Its not populating any data in the report .

Can anyone help me on this.
