Having problems with using funding patterns

  My organization, Texas Parks & Wildlife Department has just implemented a grants-centric implementation of EBS.  We are having a problem with the Grants module funding pattern functionality picking the proper funding sequence to determine the specific award for a distribution line or a PO line.  Funding sequencing, if it worked, would be extremely useful to us since we find it prudent to have a controlled amount of overmatch on our federal grants. This practice ensures that we can easily adjust for minor errors in charging grants.  In addition, the practice can positively impact the amount of the next year’s apportionment
