Sysdate problem

 In my sysdate query, Iam getting the minutes as 10 only( the minutes is not changed and it is fixed as 10 only) for local database and remote database also

Iam getting as follows 29/10/2010 10:10:07

                                       29/10/2010 11:10:28

                                      29/10/2010 12:10:40

what is the problem with my database?
