Clustered configuration

Our database has this disabled, which I understand not to be the default.

I'm wondering if this optimization may be turned on without other preparations.

The only caveat I've seen is in a release note which states that if stall messages "Waiting for NOWAIT Signal (CW)" are frequent, then this should be disabled.

Since the environment has been around for a long time, the current conditions may allow for this optimization even if in the past there was an issue.
