US PAY: Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report shows recent dates(9/24/2010) for Valid From Dat

 Hi,

We have applied Year End Phase1 in our test instance and we ran the "Run Balance Architecture Diagnostic Report" report to know the invalid balances, there are 5 invalid balances, but we noticed that many of the Tax balances (like SS ER Gross, SS EE Subj Whable, Medicare ER Gross etc...) have a "Valid Date From" of 9/24/2010 which I am not sure why.

Any one have any thoughts why the Valid From Date is very recent? Has the Year End Phase1 patch did something ? Does this impact the peformance of the year end reporting?
