Eliminating a warehouse

We are on 11.5.10.2 and have a situation where we have sold one of our divisions. We did not have it separated except by warehouse. And now that we have brought all the inventory to 0 and closed all pending batches, inactivated all formulas and recipes and inactivated all items for that division, I would like to take it out of the mix so it doesn't show up in the list of values everytime. It is the same with the items. Is there anyway to purge these? When I try to purge the warehouse I get the message I can't
