Quick aggrement /Funding with Top task funding

 Hi Im interesting in function Quick aggrement /Funding in Oracle Project Billing.
Ime using Top task funding/billing on  projects. Is there a way to use this functionallity with Top task funding or is this only supported by Project level funding?
